Job Overview
We are a family-owned business that excels in customer service in the cut-to-order metals industry. We are seeking a person who possesses the physical ability to assist in completing orders in our warehouse and the personal skills to conduct face-to-face and telephone sales. Excellent position for someone that enjoys variety in their work and workplace! Prior experience in material handling, telephone sales, customer interaction is welcome, but not required as we will train for all aspects of the position.
You must be able to consistently lift 50-100 pounds; steel-toed shoes are required; we provide uniform shirts. We pay to train you. Training is a combination of online computer modules and hands-on.
Training will include:
- Safety protocols
- Product knowledge
- Point of Sale system
- Telephone skills
- Fork Lift Certification
- Machine Operations
