- Work under the direction of the Kitchen Manager/Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven line cook experience in a professional kitchen.

Dependable, efficient, technically skilled, and team-oriented.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Current (or willingness to obtain) Food Handler’s Certification.
