We are currently seeking a full-time Contract Specialist to join our Public Sector Solutions Segment within our OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services team located in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Job Description
The Contract Specialist supports both administrative and contract resources, while being responsible for managing client agreements, accurate contract records, and providing excellent customer service. The ability to maintain proper and up-to-date information on all executed and prepared contracts. In addition to contract duties, this role will also support various accounting and office administrations functions.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Prepare, create, amend, and process client contract documents, including Plan Services Agreements, Renewal Agreements, and Contract Extension Agreements.
- Coordinate and obtain required internal and external signatures to execute client contract documents.
- Review contracts and related documentation for accuracy, including rates, count information, contract terms, and supporting details.
- Enter contract information for new Plan Sponsors and update existing Plan Sponsor records within the company management system as needed.
- Provide customer service to clients by telephone and email throughout the contract process.
- Respond to client inquiries, assist with contract-related questions, and route messages to the appropriate internal contact when needed.
- Provide timely follow-up on client requests and inquiries to support strong service delivery.
- Work with external insurance providers to obtain Certificates of Insurance when requested by clients or needed to support the RFP process.
Secondary:
- Review, process, and assist with accounting functions, including recording accounts receivable payments and credit card receipts.
- Record and update activity on the weekly cash report.
- Prepare or make deposits, as needed.
- Prepare reports and review financial or billing information for accuracy.
- Assist in resolving outstanding client billing issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records related to accounting, billing, and payment activity.
- Use spreadsheets, internal billing applications, accounting systems, and other business applications to complete assigned work.
Additional Duties
- General office support to include, but not limited to, assistance to the finance team, business administrative duties such as directing incoming or outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and other duties as required.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, some college or AA degree preferred.
- 2+ years of office clerical experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret, follow and apply instructions and/or guidelines.
- Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to review and interpret documents and detect errors.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions.
- Ability to multitask through different communication platforms.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
