Inside Sales Associate (Appointment Setter) – Remote
Location: Remote (NY, NJ, or CT preferred)
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $15+ Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for confident and experienced Inside Sales pros who know how to book quality appointments.
This is a sales opportunity focused on high-volume outbound calls to both cold and warm leads. You’ll schedule appointments for our closers and earn commissions when those appointments turn into sales. If you're driven, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced calling environment — you can earn six figures or more in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads
- Use a provided script and adjust as needed to qualify prospects
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Track activity and follow-up in our CRM system
- Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Cold calling experience (required)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Motivated, coachable, and independent
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Preferably in NY, NJ, or CT
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15/hour (1099)
- Performance-based raises up to $36/hour
- Uncapped commission on converted appointments
- Six-figure earning potential for top performers
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern
