Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a portion of the agency owner's book of business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a commercial lines book of approximately $4M-$5M in premium
- Handling renewals, remarketing, and account management activities
- Serving as a trusted advisor to commercial clients
- Working closely with agency ownership on the owner's accounts
- Maintaining accurate documentation and account activity
- Coordinating with carriers and underwriters to secure coverage solutions
- Managing relationships with clients in construction, trades, retail, restaurants, churches, and other middle-market industries
- Ensuring a high level of client retention and service excellence
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of middle-market commercial insurance accounts
- Experience managing renewals and servicing independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
- Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Experience with any of the following systems is a plus:
- Applied EPIC - TAM - CS44

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
