As our next Production Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance. Your expertise in manufacturing operations and leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production excellence.

Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery

Monitor KPIs (efficiency, scrap rates, downtime) and implement corrective actions

Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S)

Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve bottlenecks

Train, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring safety and policy compliance

Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability and scalability
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field OR equivalent experience-experience being the key
-
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management (automotive or electromechanical preferred) preferably with experience in high-volume production environments

Hands on, employee-minded team player ever present on the plant floor, not as a micromanager but as a leader/problem solver

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Experience in process change management

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems

Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 practices
