What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations with focus, urgency, and awareness
- Ensure every guest receives an exceptional, consistent experience
- Support and develop managers and team members at all levels
- Hold the team accountable to standards, while building them up
- Be highly visible on the floor, leading, coaching, and supporting in real time
- Execute systems, processes, and training with precision
- Drive performance in sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
- Manage schedules and staffing to align with business needs
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant condition
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor standards

Responsibilities (Core Execution)
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
- Train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet financial goals
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash controls, deposits, and financial reporting accurately
- Address guest concerns and operational issues proactively
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and facility standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
- Complete reports, schedules, and administrative tasks on time
- Enforce accountability through performance management and feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

What You Bring
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager or higher preferred)
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financials
- Experience in team development, coaching, and accountability
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work 50–55 hours per week

Annual Base Salary Range $45,000-$55,000 plus Profit Share Range $10,000 - $15,000
