We’re Hiring – Bilingual Furniture Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you love connecting with people, closing deals, and being part of a fast-paced, family-owned business — this is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell furniture products, converting even hesitant shoppers into satisfied buyers
- Actively advertise and create interest in our products (in-store & on social media)
- Help customers choose furniture that fits their needs, style, and budget
- Provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability
- Guide customers through financing and delivery options
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to hit weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Previous retail or furniture sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Confident communicator and natural people-person
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
