American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience, STEMI call coverage, and an active CA RN license.

Adult Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory performing invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular and structural heart procedures
-
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
-
On-call required with a 30-minute call-back requirement

Call schedule includes every 4th weekend and 1–2 weekday call shifts per week

STEMI call coverage is required

Charting systems include Epic Cupid (log documentation), GE Mac Lab (hemodynamics in Cath Lab), and Philips Xper (hemodynamics in Hybrid OR)

Special procedures include Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Coronary Angiography, PCI (PTCA, stenting, atherectomy, thrombectomy), IABP and Impella insertion, Transvenous Pacemaker insertion, TAVR, TMVR, Peripheral Angiography and Intervention, Pericardiocentesis, and ASD/PFO Closure

Active CA RN license required

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required

Required certifications: ACLS and BLS

Proficiency in Epic (Epic Cupid) required

Required skills: ventilator management, IV starts, PA lines, circulator role, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred

Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
