CTS Inc is looking to add a Cell Tower Crew Hand to our dedicated and hard working team. As a Cell Tower Crew Hand you will install foundations, tower structures, fencing, underground utilities, site access roads and communication sites around the mountain west and more.

General Responsibilities
- Assist in installing foundations, tower structures, fencing, underground utilities, site access roads, and communication sites.
- Operate skid-loaders, excavators, trench rollers, backhoes, and more.
- Take care of company tools, equipment, and trucks.
- Maintain clean driving record.
- Take direction from crew chief and help ensure jobs are brought in on time.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver's License
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction experience preferred
