Position Overview
Seeking a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer to support the development, systems integration, and verification of Aircraft State and Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics applications for a Next Generation Avionics Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, integrate, and verify Aircraft State and Aircraft Systems monitoring applications.
· Support core avionics synoptics applications hosted on a next-generation avionics platform.
· Develop, validate, integrate, and verify systems and software requirements.
· Apply model-based systems engineering methods to system design and development.
· Work with avionics sensors related to aircraft position and navigation, including Air Data, AHRS, and GPS.
· Interface with aircraft systems such as flaps, landing gear, cabin pressure, and FADEC.
Qualifications:
· Engineering or Computer Science degree required.
· Experience with systems or software requirements development, validation, integration, or verification.
· Experience with model-based system design; Simulink preferred.
· Experience with ARINC 661 graphics development; SCADE preferred.
· Strong avionics and embedded systems background.
· Experience integrating or interfacing with aircraft systems and avionics sensors.
USOPS
Pay: $63.57 - $68.02 per hour
