Title: Journeyman Electrician – Lead Role (Residential Remodeling)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Northeast Side)

Compensation: Based on Experience + $2,500 Signing Bonus

We are a professional residential general contracting company in San Antonio specializing in high-end, whole-house remodels—both single-family homes and high-rise condos. We are growing our in-house electrical department and looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to take the lead.

What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of residential and light commercial electrical work
- Lead jobs from rough-in to trim-out
- Supervise junior electricians and helpers
- Complete take-offs and assist with material procurement
- Estimate job durations and help coordinate scheduling
- Ensure NEC and local code compliance
- Communicate daily with project managers and other trades
- Uphold professionalism on-site and with clients

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Texas)
- 10+ years of experience (residential remodeling preferred)
- Proven ability to lead job sites and supervise teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- History of long-term employment preferred
- Professional appearance and respectful client interaction
- Master Electrician license is a plus, but not required
