We are hiring immediately for an experienced hardscape laborer.

Do not apply if you do not have hardscaping experience.
You must have experience with work such as:
Patio installs
Retaining walls
Paver installation
Base prep and compaction
Grading and leveling
Cutting pavers/block
Moving and installing stone, block, gravel, and other materials
General hardscape construction
If you have never worked on patios, walls, or hardscape installs before, this is not the position for you. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
How the Position Works:
We already have a hardscape foreman in place. We are looking for experienced laborers who can work under him, help keep jobs moving, and understand what needs to be done on a hardscape job site.
You do not need to be the foreman, but you do need to know what you are doing, be able to follow direction, work hard, and help produce clean, professional installs.
This is a key position for us, and we are looking for people who can start ASAP.
Schedule:
More than likely a Full-time position
Monday–Friday schedule
Some Saturdays may be required depending on weather and project deadlines
What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape projects
Preparing and compacting base material
Moving gravel, stone, block, pavers, and materials
Assisting with grading, leveling, and layout
Cutting and installing pavers/block as needed
Keeping the job site clean and organized
Working directly with the hardscape foreman
Following instructions and completing work efficiently
