Job Summary:
As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based patient care, promote patient satisfaction, and ensure seamless communication among healthcare providers. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements:
