Basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and previous customer service is ideal but not required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the store

Rotate between the sales floor, vault, and back-of-house as part of daily operations

Fulfill orders and assist with inventory organization, restocking, and upkeep

Build and maintain knowledge of all products and NY cannabis brands

Participate in ongoing training and follow all NYS cannabis regulations and store procedures

Help create a consistent, welcoming experience that drives customer loyalty
About You

Minimum 21+ years of age

Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York

Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset

Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
