Taking calls for our companies around the state of MN
The successful candidate should possess the following skills, but not limited to:
· Great customer service skills
· A general concern for others wellbeing
· Answering customer service calls
· Organize, coordinate, schedule and dispatch work according to urgency, and location
· Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
· Able to problem solve
· Knowledge of basic office programs
· A general understanding of the automotive (and/or) towing industry
· General office assistance, including processing needed paperwork for sales of vehicles, processing data in various programs needed, etc.
· Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
· Ability to function effectively and courteously under pressure.
· Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a dispatch environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
