At Sculpt & Flow Studios, we believe fitness should be effective, welcoming—and actually fun.
We're a growing two-location wellness community offering Group Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Hot Classes, Fusion Formats, Barre, Sound Experiences, Workshops, and more.
Our philosophy is simple: Come for the work. Stay for the community.
We're looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who can bring energy, personality, great music, and an effective workout into the studio.
We aren't trying to fill our schedule with the same classes people can find everywhere else. We want instructors who can take a great workout and turn it into an experience people can't wait to come back to.
What We're Looking For
We're especially interested in instructors who bring personality, creativity, energy, and authenticity to their classes.
Your class might incorporate:
- Strength and resistance training
- HIIT or interval-based workouts
- Cardio and conditioning
- Boot Camp or circuit training
- Bodyweight training
- Dance-inspired fitness
- Core and functional fitness
- Mobility and athletic conditioning
- Low-impact or active-aging fitness
- Heated or high-energy fitness formats
- Strength + Pilates, Yoga + HIIT, or other fusion concepts
- Themed workouts, challenges, or specialty classes
- A completely original class concept
Have an idea that's a little different? Even better. Pitch it to us.
If you've ever thought, "I wish a studio would let me teach this..." — we want to hear about it.
We're intentionally open to non-traditional concepts that are safe, professionally delivered, and capable of creating an engaging experience for our members.
The Instructor We're Looking For
You don't need to fit a particular fitness instructor stereotype.
You do need to be someone who can walk into a room, connect with people, turn up the energy, and create an environment where clients feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and excited to return.
Strong candidates will:
- Hold an appropriate Group Fitness, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Strength & Conditioning, or other relevant certification or professional training
- Understand proper form, safe movement, modifications, and effective cueing
- Be comfortable teaching clients with different experience and fitness levels
- Confidently lead a group and manage the energy and flow of a class
- Deliver workouts that are structured, purposeful, and appropriately challenging
- Use music and personality to create a fun, motivating class experience
- Be dependable, punctual, prepared, and professional
- Bring positive energy and genuine personality into the studio
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to our studio community
- Be willing to help grow and retain attendance in their classes
- Support a welcoming environment for different ages, body types, abilities, backgrounds, and fitness levels
Previous studio teaching experience is helpful, but the right personality, teaching ability, professionalism, and energy matter to us.
Why Sculpt & Flow?
We're building something different.
One hour in our studio might be a quiet restorative practice. The next could be Pilates, an intense hot workout, Barre, strength training, a fusion class, or something our members have never tried before.
That's intentional.
We aren't interested in putting every instructor—or every client—into the same box.
We want instructors to have room to create, experiment, build a following, and make their class their own while maintaining high standards for safety and client experience.
You'll become part of a supportive local wellness community with:
- Two Citrus County locations — Crystal River and Inverness
- Opportunities to teach recurring weekly classes
- Opportunities to introduce new fitness formats
- Opportunities to develop specialty classes, workshops, and events
- Freedom to bring creative and non-traditional concepts to the studio
- A diverse mix of yoga, fitness, Pilates, Barre, and wellness programming
- An established and growing member community
- Opportunities for professional growth and additional programming
Our Culture
Community. Wellness. Progress.
We take fitness seriously—but we don't believe everything surrounding it has to be serious.
Great music. Great energy. Hard work. Sweat. Progress. And probably some laughing along the way.
Our studios are places where people can challenge themselves without feeling intimidated, try something unexpected, connect with others, and leave feeling better than when they walked through the door.
You don't have to yell at people to motivate them. You don't have to make every workout extreme. And you don't have to teach exactly like everyone else.
Bring your style. Bring your personality. Bring something people will remember.
Our instructors are a major part of making that happen.
