We are a Colorado based Residential, Commercial and Environmental Inspection Company providing Certified Home Inspections for the Real Estate industry. Our business is continually growing and is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter in the Denver Metro area who possesses true dedication, professionalism, and exceptional people skills. This is a full-time position and starting pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate is someone that has been in the industry for 2 or more years, has a great reputation in the Real Estate community and who is currently a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI or ASHI.
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform comprehensive residential property inspections, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and environmental components, using company checklists and standards. Our inpsectors document findings with photos, videos, and clear narratives, and deliver a same day, easy-to-understand digital report to clients and real estate partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, walking clients through key findings on-site, answering questions, and explaining potential issues without unnecessary alarm. The role also involves collaborating with the broader inspection team, upholding safety and quality standards, and representing the brand professionally with excellent customer service throughout the inspection process.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· InterNACHI or ASHI Inspector Certification completed
· Home Inspection or other industry related experience (2 years minimum)
· Customer Service Experience
· Sales Experience
· Experience/Skills in more than one of the following:
· Building, Construction, Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC

· Ability to create a customer’s home inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection appointment
· Must be able to climb ladders, carry tools and walk on roofs
· Must be able to work year-round in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance to travel to scheduled inspection appointments
· Available to work weekends
· Physically capable of inspecting confined spaces including crawl spaces and attics
· Candidate must successfully complete training as well as InterNACHI’s online educational training and certification program
· Ability to tolerate and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure and occasional high-stress environments.
· Must be able to lift or carry 20 + pounds
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
