What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead department heads and develop future leaders within the organization
- Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and clinical outcomes
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational goals
- Support census growth and community outreach efforts
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral partners
- Recruit, retain, and engage high-performing team members
- Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results
What We're Looking For
- Current Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)
- Skilled Nursing Facility leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and build a positive workplace culture
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A servant leader who leads by example and is visible throughout the building
