We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in the Appleton City, Missouri area, with the opportunity to grow into a Director of Rehabilitation role for the right therapist.

What You’ll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Document patient progress and communicate updates with the therapy team
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Missouri PTA license or eligibility
- Interest in leadership or a future DOR opportunity preferred
- Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
