We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Care Representative (CCR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. If you’re organized, personable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
- Support the service, plumbing, and electrical teams with administrative tasks
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
