Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We are hiring for clients in Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo. Daytime shifts are available, with immediate start opportunities for qualified applicants.
Position Overview
As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will support clients in staying safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: their own home. This position is a great fit for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to helping others with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility support.
- Offer transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required; training and support are provided.
