We are a fast-paced real estate investment company that is changing the way people invest by opening doors for everyone to safely build wealth. In this role, you will oversee the financial performance of a portfolio of properties across multiple markets, working closely with property managers to maximize asset performance and achieve company financial goals.

● Experience in property management, asset management, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
● Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and identify trends.
● Strong computer proficiency, including Google Mail, Google Drive, ZOOM, Slack and LOOM.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
● Ability to build positive working relationships with property managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of assigned properties across multiple markets.
- Partner with property managers to ensure properties meet or exceed budgeted financial goals.
- Review operating statements, budgets, occupancy trends, and key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve overall asset performance.
- Develop action plans with property managers to address operational and financial challenges.
- Prepare reports and present performance updates to leadership.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards and best practices across the portfolio.
- Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and operational processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
