Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No weekends
- Earlier summer hours to avoid peak heat
- Lighter winter schedule with additional time off around the holidays
- Overtime opportunities during peak seasons
Responsibilities
- Applying fertilizer, weed control, insecticides, and other lawn treatment products
- Operating spray equipment and ride-on application equipment
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Maintaining high-quality service standards on every property

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute to Carl Junction, MO
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Willingness to maintain our tobacco-free workplace standards
