We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee preservation and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems along with operations equipment such as forklifts.
Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment
-
Maintain a clean and a safe workspace

Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
-
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
-
Deadline and detail-oriented
-
Ability to handle physical workload
Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.

Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.

Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
-
Train maintenance department staff.

Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Ensure direct reports behavior in accordance with company policy.

Use a computer to answer emails and enter information into digital forms
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.

Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
Overtime Requirements:
Overtime required as needed
Compensation: Starts at 27.50 per hour and SC2 employees can receive benefits that can include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance as eligibility is met. Opportunities for annual Dividend bonus
