- Possession of a valid California Driver's license.
- Successful completion of a Live Scan background check
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance documentation within the past four years
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Push, pull, squat, turn, twist, bend, and stoop.
- Ability to ascend and descend steps.
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
- Conduct verbal conversations in English or Mandarin.
- Visual ability to read handwritten or typed documents and instructions.
- Visual acuity that allows for accurate observation from a distance

- Serve as a liaison between school personnel, students, and families.
Essential Responsibilities
The Lunch Coordinator and Front Desk Assistant is a key component of our close-knit school community, managing essential front office activities and supporting daily campus operations. The Lunch Coordinator & Front Desk Assistant supports daily front office operations, including reception, campus communications, lunch program administration, and general school operations. This position coordinates student lunch services, serves as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents, and assists with maintaining efficient office procedures while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Lunch Program Administration
- Plan and manage monthly student lunch menus.
- Coordinate lunch orders with approved vendors.
- Track student lunch orders and maintain the lunch order spreadsheet.
- Coordinate vendor payments and submit receipts to the Accounting Department.
- Pick up lunch orders when the delivery service is unavailable.
- Prepare lunch carts and distribute lunches during designated lunch periods:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:20 PM – 12:45 PM
- Wednesday: 11:40 AM – 12:05 PM
- Supervise students during lunch periods and maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor and support lunch operations for middle and high school students.
- Clean and sanitize lunch carts and related equipment after each lunch service.
- Work closely with the Accounting Department to reconcile lunch orders, payments, and maintain student lunch account balances.
Front Office & Administrative Support
- Serve as the school's front-desk receptionist, welcoming visitors, parents, students, and applicants.
- Greet guests, ensure all campus visitors sign in/out according to school security protocols.
- Assist with directing late students and communicating student attendance as needed.
- Monitor the lobby area and communicate with the administration about any safety issues. Provide support during emergencies, such as evacuations.
- Observe and report campus safety concerns or unauthorized visitors directly to the administration.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, incoming packages, and deliveries.
- Answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and take messages as needed.
- Operate office equipment, including copiers, scanners, telephones, and other standard office machines.
- Maintain, organize, and file records and documents related to school operations.
- Assist with planning and coordinating school events, activities, and field trips.
- Support administrative projects and special assignments as directed by the Principal or CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and employee information.

- School Year Position: August 2026 – May 2027
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Part-Time (26.50 hours per week)
