What You'll Do
- Safely operate roll-off trucks in residential, commercial, and construction environments
- Deliver and retrieve roll-off containers efficiently and professionally
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record
- Roll-off experience preferred, but exceptional CDL drivers willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely navigate construction sites and tight delivery locations
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
