Hibernica Central Park is seeking knowledgeable, personable, and reliable Budtenders to join our team at our Central Park North location.
As a Budtender, you are the face of the brand - guiding guests through their cannabis journey with confidence, care, and professionalism. You’ll combine product knowledge with strong customer service skills to deliver a seamless and elevated in-store experience. This roles requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance and team collaboration in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Delivery exceptional, personalized customer service to every guest
-Educate customers on product types, effects, and responsible consumption
-Maintain a strong understanding of all inventory, including new and featured products
-Accurately process transactions using POS systems
-Ensure compliance with ID verification and all cannabis regulations
-Assist with restocking, merchandising, and maintaining floor presentation
-Support support inventory counts and communicate low-stock or discrepancies
-Follow all SOP’s and company policies consistently
-Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work enviroment
Qualifications
-1-2 years of retail, hospitality, and customer facing experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Passion for cannabis education and customer service
-Ability to stay organized and detailed oriented in a fast paced environment
-Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30-50lbs
-Open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
-Must be 21+ and ablet to pass all compliance requirements
