Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and direction to a team of BCBA and RBT therapists, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our clients
Treatment Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating the latest research and best practices in ABA
Client Advocacy: Work closely with families and caregivers to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their individual goals
Staff Development: Mentor and train new staff members, providing guidance on clinical best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Program Evaluation: Conduct regular program evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain high-quality services
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies
Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with community partners, referring sources, and other stakeholders to promote our services and advance our mission
Requirements:
Education: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in ABA therapy, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
License/Certification: Valid BCBA certification and any required state or local licenses
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
