Construction company looking to add to their team of laborers.
This position will require 5-6 weeks of travel at a time and 1 week off (home for holidays).

HOURS: Monday-Friday: 50-65 hours a week.
PAY: $25.30/hour & PER DIEM: $60/Day plus you own lodging paid for (when traveling)

Responsibilities:
- Adhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times
- Manual labor associated with installing, repairing, and servicing conventional, deep well, and HDD ground beds
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Prepare construction site and clean up when job is completed
- Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes
- SAFELY operate equipment (backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, auger, and forklift)
- Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment
- Help clean and organize truck and warehouse area
- Provide and maintain accurate paperwork
Qualifications:
- Must pass full panel DOT drug screen
- Have some construction/labor experience
- Background screening: No felonies, nothing violent or sexual
- Be comfortable working outside
- Standing, bending, pushing, pulling
- Valid Driver's License
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Must be 21+ (due to insurance purposes)
- Must be US Citizen
