Construction Manager (Electrical Construction / Solar Infrastructure)

Our client is a rapidly growing electrical infrastructure and renewable energy contractor delivering commercial, utility, and energy projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
We're looking for an Associate Construction Manager—someone with a strong electrical construction background who is ready to take the next step into project leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Electrician, General Foreman, Field Supervisor, Superintendent, or Assistant Project Manager who wants to grow into a Construction Manager role while working alongside experienced leaders.

What You'll DoField Leadership
- Assist in managing commercial and utility electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion
- Coordinate daily field operations alongside senior Construction Managers
- Lead and support field crews to maintain productivity, quality, and safety
- Help ensure work is completed on schedule and according to project plans
Project Coordination
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
- Participate in project meetings and communicate progress with leadership
- Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact the schedule
Safety & Quality
- Promote and enforce OSHA safety standards
- Conduct jobsite inspections and safety meetings
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes
Documentation
- Complete daily reports and field documentation
- Track materials, equipment, and manpower
- Assist with project scheduling and progress updates
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3-7 years of commercial electrical construction experience
- Experience leading crews as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, General Foreman, Field Supervisor, Superintendent, or similar role
- Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial electrical construction
- Solar PV installations
- Utility infrastructure
- Renewable energy projects
- Data centers
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Industrial electrical construction
Electrical Journeyman License is a plus but not required.
Travel
This is a 100% field-based position.
Travel is required throughout:
- Virginia
- Maryland
- Pennsylvania
- New York
- North Carolina
- Surrounding Mid-Atlantic states
Typical travel is within a 3-5 hour radius of your home base.
Projects may range from several weeks to over a year depending on size.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
