General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensuring product is prepared to consistent, high-quality Little Caesars standards, including making our sauce and fresh dough made daily.
- Reflect and enforce the proper image, procedures and standards for conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Handbook.
- Interview, hire and train great people for the store team. Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard.
- Enforce food handling practices, maintenance and cleanliness of property according to company standards and the law.
- Perform cash management and paperwork neatly and accurately and ensures compliance by all colleagues of safety and security procedures.
- Control costs through teaching use of paper, labor, food and utility cost. Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance.
Requirements for Consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalent, and possess basic math skills
- Strong, proven leadership, communication and team-building skills
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Previous management experience in restaurants or retail
