MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team working in our New Holland PA plant to supervise modular construction projects.
Core Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership: Direct daily work crews and subcontractors, ensuring optimal resource use and clear communication of tasks.

Project Execution: Own the MOC plan, participate in development meetings, and execute project work plans while proactively resolving roadblocks.

Quality & Compliance: Act as the first level of Quality Control, verifying all work against blueprints and technical specs to ensure 100% accuracy and code compliance.

Safety Stewardship: Enforce a "safety-first" culture by leading Tool Box talks, identifying hazards, and maintaining a clean, orderly job site.

Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for sub-trades, managing their flow of work and labor levels to match the project schedule.
Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in building construction with at least 2 years of experience related to company-specific products/services.

Technical Skills: Advanced blueprint reading, proficiency with construction math (including trigonometry), and the ability to visualize complex 3D details.

Leadership: Proven ability to mentor staff, negotiate with sub-trades, and manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.

Physical/Travel: Ability to work in varied climates (indoor/outdoor) and noisy environments; must be willing to travel and stay overnight as required.

Compliance: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a professional, ethical image as a representative of the company.
