Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team in St. Clairsville. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no weekends, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical services, support client progress, and collaborate with a team that values accountability, communication, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services
- Complete timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress evaluations
- Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Foster a positive, client-centered therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Valid Ohio license (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or comparable) preferred
- Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
