Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets.
- Use warehouse experience to manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of parts.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that arise during assembly processes.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in an assembly line setting.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control skills.
- Prior experience working with manufacturing or assembly processes is highly desirable.
