About the Role
As a Field Service Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability of advanced automated logistics and material handling systems. By performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on robotics and conveyor networks, you ensure that high-volume distribution facilities maintain peak operational performance.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules on motors, sensors, relays, and complex robotic systems to maximize equipment uptime.

Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical failures to restore system functionality efficiently.

Contribute to the successful deployment and integration of new automated packaging and distribution technologies.

Maintain precise maintenance logs and asset data within our CMMS platform to support long-term equipment health.

Collaborate with site teams to implement process improvements that enhance overall system throughput and reliability.

Uphold rigorous safety standards and OEM compliance protocols during all installation and repair activities.

Oversee the organization and inventory management of essential maintenance tools and spare parts.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining automated conveyor systems and industrial controls.

Proven technical proficiency in repairing material handling equipment (MHE).

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and electronic diagrams.

Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively in independent field environments.

Solid understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices.

Prior experience working with robotics or advanced electromechanical systems.

Proficiency in utilizing CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Background in project-based field maintenance or facilities support.
