Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) – Compassionate, Organized, and Team-Oriented

World of Animals at Mayfair is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team. Our CSRs are the first and last impression our clients receive and play an important role in keeping our hospital running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones and respond to client questions
- Schedule, confirm, and forward-book appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments and review invoices with clients
- Manage medication refill requests and client messages
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, groomers, and clients
- Educate clients on basic preventative-care recommendations and hospital services
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Help keep the reception and lobby areas organized and clean
- Assist with daily hospital tasks and follow-ups
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service

- Interested in learning and growing within veterinary medicine
Experience
Previous veterinary reception, veterinary CSR, medical reception, or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with veterinary practice-management software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
