Role: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part‑Time (Maryland)
Compensation (W‑2, fee‑for‑service):
- Pre‑licensed- LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT: $60 per completed session
- Clear pathway to FT W‑2 ($75k salary + benefits) once caseload and fit are proven.
- Spanish speaking is a plus

Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear, compassionate communication with Spanish-speaking clients and families.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to Latino/Hispanic communities, incorporating clients’ cultural values, family dynamics, and lived experiences into treatment.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities as appropriate to support diverse client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations in both English and Spanish, using ICD-10 standards to develop individualized, culturally informed treatment plans.
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention, supporting client safety and stabilization across language and cultural contexts
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, including clear documentation of services provided in bilingual settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and advocate for the needs of Spanish-speaking clients.
- Deliver services via both in-person sessions and telehealth, increasing accessibility for clients who may face language or logistical barriers
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Active Maryland licensure (or eligibility) as an LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT, or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required), including clinical communication and documentation
- Familiarity with a range of clinical needs (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, substance use)
- Skills in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT or motivational interviewing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across cultures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
