Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Line Machine Operator, where your expertise will drive efficiency and quality across our production processes. In this role, you will operate a variety of advanced machinery to manufacture solar panels. Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining smooth operations on the assembly line and supporting materials handling and fabrication tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery such as milling machines, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components accurately.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure that all parts meet specified tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating various types of machinery.
- Proficiency in using logic controllers for machine operation.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks for design purposes is preferred.
- Experience with materials handling in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to fabricate components according to specifications.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
