Position Overview
We are currently hiring Part-Time Warehouse Associates / Packers to join our warehouse
operations team in New York, NY.
This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality.
No previous warehouse experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure every new team member has the knowledge and confidence needed to perform their responsibilities successfully.

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate / Packer, your daily responsibilities may include:
● Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or digital picking systems.
● Sort merchandise according to shipping destinations and customer orders.
● Carefully inspect products for quality before packaging.
● Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent shipping damage.
● Seal, wrap, and label packages and pallets according to company shipping standards.
● Prepare freight shipments for domestic transportation.
● Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
● Organize inventory and restock designated warehouse locations when needed.
● Maintain accurate order records by following digital warehouse procedures.
● Ensure orders are processed accurately and completed within daily productivity goals.
● Keep warehouse aisles, packing stations, and work areas clean and organized.
● Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use company-provided safety
equipment.
● Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
● Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow warehouse associates to support daily
operations.
● Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess the following:
Required
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the
shift.
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 4
to 6-hour shifts.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
● Excellent attendance and punctuality.
● Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
● Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse environment where employees are regularly:
● Standing and walking for extended periods.
● Lifting and moving packages throughout the shift.
● Working around conveyor systems, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
● Meeting daily productivity and quality standards.
● Following strict workplace safety procedures.
The warehouse is maintained in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.
Schedule
We understand the importance of flexibility.
Available shifts include:
● Evening Shifts
● Weekend Shifts
● Fixed Part-Time Schedule
● 15–25 Hours Per Week
After completing onboarding, employees will be assigned consistent shift schedules based on
business needs and availability.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $25.00–$30.00
Compensation is determined based on:
● Assigned shift
● Reliability
● Attendance
● Overall job performance
Employees are paid bi-weekly through secure direct deposit.
