Component Pay; Drivers are paid through component pay, based on an amount for each mile driven ($0.50), delivery stop conducted ($11.00), piece delivered ($0.13) and/or other possible categories. The driver’s compensation will ultimately be based on the driver’s availability and their assigned routes.
