- Manages group files by pulling tickets, making legible copies, and organizing documentation according to date and department policy.
- Ensure complete and accurate group records before arrival, maintaining all necessary information per departmental standards.
- Inputs and tracks guest satisfaction and meeting planner survey results in appropriate systems.
- Assists with billing inquiries and resolves guest-related billing issues promptly and professionally.
- Operates complex computer and telephone systems and performs accounting tasks using a 10-key adding machine.
- Audits, consolidates, and prepares deposits for the bank, maintains cash/change supplies, reconciles over/short reports, and reports discrepancies to department heads.
- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week), including shifts at the Front Desk.

College degree preferred; high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must have experience in FOSSE. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Marriott experience preferred.
