Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, providing timely and effective support across multiple product lines
- Manage client accounts using Hubspot and other CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and progress
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client needs are addressed proactively
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth or improvement
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes and setting expectations clearly
- Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for strategic enhancement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, outbound calls, and account management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer relationship management roles
