Pixel Wall Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and highly organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing LED video wall and audiovisual services team.
This is a hands-on position combining customer communication, sales coordination, project management, and field operations. The ideal candidate communicates confidently with customers, follows through on commitments, learns quickly, and has the potential to grow into a leadership role.
No prior LED video wall experience is required. We provide on-the-job training in LED display technology, system design, installation, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage sales leads, follow-ups, quotations, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information in the company’s CRM and tracking systems.
- Coordinate project schedules, assignments, deadlines, equipment, and other operational details.
- Track project tasks from the initial customer inquiry through completion.
- Work with technicians, vendors, customers, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with LED video wall installations, setup, testing, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
- Learn the fundamentals of LED display technology, system configuration, and video wall design.
- Conduct site visits and help collect measurements and technical requirements.
- Support equipment preparation, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.
- Help identify ways to improve sales processes, project coordination, and customer service.
- Take increasing ownership of projects as skills and experience develop.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Able to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and apply new knowledge.
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and committed to completing assigned work.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone, email, text, and in person.
- Basic computer skills, including email, online documents, spreadsheets, and task-management systems.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and leadership potential.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Able to pass a job-related background check, subject to applicable law.
- Able to safely lift and move equipment and perform hands-on work at event and installation sites.
- Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends based on project and event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, operations, or account management.
- Experience in audiovisual production, live events, staging, construction, electrical work, low-voltage systems, or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with CRM software, project-management tools, or preparing customer quotations.
- Interest in technology, design, video production, or commercial display systems.
Training and Career Growth
