What You'll Do
- Cook and prepare food on the flat top and grill
- Assemble and garnish tacos while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with daily food prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask while staying organized under pressure
- Basic communication, reading, and writing skills in English
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
