Foundation Repair Crew Member — Job Description

Schedule: 10-hour shifts; occasional out-of-town work required
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Foundation Repair Crew Member to join our construction team. This position involves assisting with residential and commercial foundation repair projects, including excavation, structural repairs, waterproofing, concrete work, and installation of foundation support systems.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a crew. Previous construction or foundation repair experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist with foundation repair and stabilization projects.
Perform digging, excavation, demolition, hauling, and site cleanup.
Assist with installation of piers, wall anchors, braces, drainage systems, and other foundation repair products.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
Follow directions from the crew foreman and project manager.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Protect customers' property and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Work outdoors and in confined or physically demanding areas as required.
Travel and work out of town as needed for projects.
Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Construction, concrete, excavation, or foundation repair experience is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work 10-hour shifts.
Must be willing and able to travel and work out of town when projects require it.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
Ability to work on your feet and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and challenging job-site environments.
Must be willing to learn new tools, techniques, and foundation repair methods.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Valid driver's license required.
Must maintain a strong commitment to job-site safety.

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding construction position. The employee must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and work in confined spaces. The position may require lifting materials weighing 50+ pounds and working for extended periods in outdoor and underground environments.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
