Warehouse Supervisor
In The Event is seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented Warehouse
Supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will work with closely alongside the
Warehouse Director and Operation Director to monitor warehouse inventory as well as manage warehouse staff to ensure that products are maintained, stored, and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. Previous warehouse experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
- Confirm proper and timely delivery of products
- Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
- Maintain warehouse and vehicles, ensuring vehicles are serviced when needed and a clean and tidy warehouse is kept at all times
- Ensure that inventory matches packing lists before dispatching orders
- Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
- Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a warehouse position
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Must be able to be placed on Company Insurance and successfully complete
- DOTCertification Exam to drive company vehicles
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Mac and Microsoft Suite
- Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one's feet and lift 50+ pounds
- Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Flex-Shift Notice
- Core schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
- Shift adjustments: Weekday shifts are swapped when weekend work is schedule (2-weeks in advance)
- Shift length: Standard 8-hour
- Extended shifts/Overtime: Up to 12 hours
