Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in brewing techniques, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Previous experience in fine dining, banquet service, or nightclub environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
