Requirements:
- Positive attitude, work ethic and strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to lift 25lbs. and reasonable range of motion such as bending, standing, walking, stirring, lifting to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to self-manage timelines and deadlines
- Good judgment and strong sense of integrity
- Excellent organization skills and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
- An over communicator
- Passion and love for the food and hospitality industry.
- 2 years in a high-volume management role, or 3 years in a shift lead position for a full service restaurant
