Busy dog daycare and boarding facility seeking a dependable, self-starting Maintenance Technician for our Virginia Beach and Greenbrier locations.
This is not a “wait to be told what to fix” role. We need someone who actively looks for problems, prevents breakdowns, and takes ownership of facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs across two locations including exterior and interior paint and preservation
- Maintain and repair gates, fencing, and latching systems
- Troubleshoot washers/dryers and other equipment
- Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Identify issues early and handle preventative maintenance
- Complete small projects and facility improvements independently
Requirements:

Self-starter (required) – able to work without supervision and take initiative daily
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with gates, laundry equipment, and/or HVAC preferred
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Possess basic tools, such as drill/driver set, socket set, pliers, etc
Schedule & Pay:

Flexible hours (part-time to start)
- Work at both Virginia Beach and Greenbrier locations
- Pay based on experience
